Greater Enfield Supports Lunch Link Program

We had a great morning at the Enfield Food Shelf, Inc., distributing lunches, books, and coloring sheets as part of the Lunch Link program. Such a great program to help with kids’ lunches during the out-of-school months! We are grateful to be able to help fund this important program!

For families who rely on free/reduced school meals, school breaks are difficult. Lunch Link helps alleviate this struggle by joining forces with Enfield Food Shelf and collaborating partners, like the Kiwanis Club of Greater Enfield, to provide complete and nutritious lunches for Enfield student in need each week in the summer.

About 150 children per week are provided lunches for a total of about 6000 distributed lunches this summer.
